Description

We are selling our 3 bedroom 1.5 bath mobile home it has been completely remodeled... However it still does need doors on the bedrooms and closets and the middle bedroom window is cracked but not leaking and the air conditioner needs a new freon hose and some freon it cost about 350.00 to fix the central air... The central heat works great... we are also letting both porches and a lawn mower shed go with it... We are asking $6500.00 or best offer for it its in a mobile home park in axis so if u want to keep it in the park u will have to talk with the park owner on lot rent!!
