Overview The Corporate Health Services Department of Atlantic Health System currently has a challenging opportunity for a seasoned RN. The position involves travel as far west as Budd Lake and south to Branchburg.
Responsibilities Essential Functions:
Candidate will have the ability to utilize the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement and evaluate the plan of care for patients served. Through the model of Shared Governance, collaborate with all members of the health care team with a focus on promoting evidenced based care within a healing culture for the patient population served and their families.

Candidate must have excellent communication and computer skills. * Meet the needs of the client company, within the parameters of the medical directives, program guidelines, time and scheduling demands.
Promote a safe work environment and reinforces health and wellness for the employees.
Assures that their medical knowledge of new policy, procedures and regulations remain up to date.
Provides nursing coverage at employer-based health offices.
Perform screening at a variety of off-site locations.
Administers flu vaccine at a variety of off-site locations. Will be responsible for picking up and returning supplies.
Ability to practice independently within established standard operating procedures, medical directives and protocols
Knowledge of State Worker's Compensation law, OSHA requirements, FMLA, ADA and other occupational health regulations preferred.
Excellent customer service skills a must.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Ability to set priorities and multitask while performing the duties of the Occupational Health Department, including patient care provision, regulatory oversight and policy implementation.
Computer Proficiency
Responsible to enter own time into API.
Qualifications
Valid NJ nursing license required
BLS Required
Experience in an acute care setting required
